The program is called “Spirit! Of Wyoming” This program is available to Active Military, Veterans, Community & Social Service Occupations, Education, Training & Library, Healthcare Practitioners & Technical Occupations, Healthcare Support & Protective Service Occupations. The program is available for new and existing home purchases under the FHA , VA and Rural Development type financing. The home purchased must be used as the primary residence and is not limited to first time homebuyers. The income limits for this program are $63,900 per year for 1-2 people and $73,400 per year for 3 or more people. The maximum purchase price is $236,000 or current WCDA limits. Now for the best part: Interest rate starts at about 2.5% for the first 4 years and step rate to a maximum of about 4.5% after the 11th year. You will need to consult with a lender to give you exact interest rates however this is the best rate I have seen in the past 13 years selling real estate.
